Prime Minister Chris Hipkins is addressing media after visiting Tolaga Bay Area School in Tai Rāwhiti /Gisborne.
Hipkins spoke with staff and students at the school. The region was badly affected by flooding after Cyclone Gabrielle passing through earlier this year.
