Watch: Darleen Tana heads to court to stop Greens' special general meeting

4:12 pm today

Green Party co-leader Chloe Swarbrick says the party has received notice Darleen Tana has filed for a judicial review of herself, co-leader Marama Davidson, and the party.

Yesterday they received further notice an application had been filed at the High Court in Auckland seeking an order that the special party meeting set for this Sunday not go ahead, Swarbrick says.

That meeting was called by the Greens' co-leaders to discuss whether to use the waka-jumping legislation to boot Tana out of Parliament.

A hearing has been set down for that interim injunction at 10am Thursday.
