Rio 2016 Paralympics - Sophie Pascoe won her fifth medal of the Games with silver in her 100m freestyle final, becoming the country's highest medal winning Paralympian.

The second place means Pascoe ends the Games with five medals, three gold and two silver.
Pascoe has now won more medals than any other New Zealand Paralympic athlete with 15 - nine of them gold.
She previously held the highest medal count jointly with the legendary Eve Rimmer.
Pascoe finished the 100m freestyle in a time of 59.85 seconds.
Canadian Aurelie Rivard won gold in 59.31 seconds.
The New Zealand Paralympic Team now has 16 medals of the 18 team targeted for Rio.
New Zealand sits sixth overall on the medal table - ahead of Australia in seventh spot.
