Olympic rowing champion Mahe Drysdale has beaten fellow New Zealander George Bridgewater in the second round of the single sculls at the Henley Royal Regatta in England.
Bridgewater, who retired from the sport after winning a bronze medal at the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, is making a comeback to the top level of the sport.
Drysdale has won the Diamond Challenge Scull at Henley three times previously, in 2006, 2009, 2010.
