New Zealand snowboarder Zoi Sadowski-Synnott has won a bronze medal in the women's big air competition at the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics. So who is she?

- She is 16. Which means she was born in 2001.
- Sadowski-Synnott was born in Australia, and moved to New Zealand at 6-years-old.
- She learnt to ski as a pre-schooler and switched to snowboarding at the age of 9, joining in on her older sister's lesson.
- At the World Champs in March 2016, Sadowski-Synnott finished fourth in Big Air and claimed a silver medal in slopestyle. She went on to claim World Cup gold in slopestyle in Spindleruv Mlyn two weeks later.
- At 16 is the youngest woman to win gold in snowboard slopestyle.
- When she's not on snow, Zoi focuses on schoolwork and loves skating and spending time with friends.
