The Dunedin golfer Mahal Pearce is in a share of 15th on the leaderboard near the end of the fourth round of the Johor Open in Malaysia.
Pearce is one under after a 71, seven shots off the leader, the South African Retief Goosen.
Fellow New Zealanders Stephen Scahill and Kevin Chun are well down the leaderboard.
