Tottenham Hotspur took another step on their climb out of the Premier league with a 1-nil home win over 10-man Blackburn Rovers.
Spurs, whose winning run had suffered a blip when they lost at Fulham last week, are provisionally in 14th place on 15 points, only a month after they were rock bottom with just two points.
