Rugby World Cup winning Black Fern Kennedy Simon will once again lead the Chiefs Manawa in Super Rugby Aupiki.
Chiefs Manawa finished runners-up in last year's competition losing in the final to Matatū
"We fell short where it mattered last season so are motivated to go one better this year," she said.
Simon was selected for the 2023 Black Ferns squad ahead of their Pacific Four Series and named co-captain alongside Ruahei Demant for another season.
The side's first game of the season is against the Hurricanes Poua in Hamilton on March 2nd.
