Chiefs Manawa have heaped the misery on the win-less Poua with a 27-7 victory at Upper Hutt.
Both sides were out of Super Rugby Aupiki final contention before kick off, with Matatu and the Blues Women booking their berths earlier in the day.
Ruby Tui kicked things off for Manawa, with a further two first half tries for Tenika Wilson and Mererangi Paul gave the visitors a comfortable 17-0 half-time lead.
Renee Holmes kept the scoring ticking over shortly after the break with a fourth for Manawa, Paul bagging a brace before Maia Anderson sealed the result in the 71st.
Te Rauoriwa Gapper picked up a late consolation for Poua, though the Wellington-based side is still yet to register a point in their 2025 campaign.
The sides will play their last games of the year next week against the respective finalists.
