The Maori Party's candidate hoping to win the Ikaroa-Rawhiti seat says there's a political power vacuum in the region - and he wants to fill it.
Na Raihania is one of seven political candidates on the campaign trail, leading up to a by-election at the end of the month.

The by-election for the eastern Maori electorate will be held on 29 June.
