Maori music and the latest fashion designs will take centre stage on Thursday night at the sixth National Waiata Music and Te Koanga Fashion Show.
The annual event at the Hawke's Bay Opera House in Hastings will include national Maori hand games, vocal and taonga puoro workshops as well as a discussion panel.
On Thursday eight premiere designers from the Eastern Institute of Technology will be showing off what's en vogue in the Maori fashion scene.
