King Missile IV joins Music 101's Zac Arnold in the studio to play some songs and discuss their legacy of oddities.
Led by poet, songwriter, author, and intellectual property analyst John S. Hall, King Missile blazed a trail in the early nineties, then again in the early noughties gaining a reputation with their smart, snappy, alt-rock.
Ten years later, the fourth incarnation of the band have been in New Zealand, for shows at Woodcock festival as well as in Napier, Wellington, Dunedin and Christchurch. But before they headed out on the road, they caught up with Music 101's Zac Arnold to perform a few songs including their classic, 'Detachable Penis'.
