If you’re familiar with Wurld Series, the charming four-piece band from Christchurch, you’ll know that their fuzzed out sound takes note from some of the best noise pop acts to ever do it. Rabbit, their latest single, is no different: think Guided By Voices, The 3Ds, or the shambolic side of Pavement at their peak.

The single is lifted from Anthology, a tape compilation of Wurld Series’ early recordings which is set for release in the US later this month on Portland label Voyager Golden Records. For fans in our corner of the world, the band tell us that the song will also be included on their debut album, Air Goofy, which they're’ busy finishing up at the moment.

In the meantime, allow us to point you in the direction of their suitably lo-fi and low budget new video, which was shot by Ben Dodd and edited by band member Luke Towart. It’s a hit of ‘90s DIY nostalgia that we can’t recommend enough.
