One person has died after a single vehicle crash on State Highway 2 near Waipawa in Central Hawke's Bay.
Police said the crash was reported to them at 10.15am on Monday morning.
Two other people were taken to Hawke's Bay Hospital with moderate injuries, they said.
State Highway 2 was closed near Waipawa earlier today but has now reopened.
