Cyclone: who foots forestry slash bill?

Many of Tairawhiti's forestry workers are in limbo after Cyclone Gabrielle wiped out the roads to their plantations. As money runs out, they're hoping to find out today whether they can be redeployed to join the cleanup. And as Matthew Theunissen reports, it comes as Tolaga Bay locals ponder who should foot the bill for cleaning up the slash.
