Mental Health Commission says services are stretched

As we reported earlier this hour, there are no more acute beds for mental health patients than there were in 2017 despite 235 million dollars being set aside for mental health facilities in the 2019 Budget.

Earlier, Health Minister Andrew Little admitted the sector had been slow to make progress.
