Every Wednesday, RNZ Concert Three to Seven host Bryan Crump shares a recording he's made of 'something soothing' ahead of our regular 5.30pm musical tonic, the Moment of Calm. Today it was the sound of Foxton Beach, captured just before he took this photo of the surf catching the early rays of a new day.
The music is a beautiful arrangement of Peter Maxwell Davies' "Farewell to Stromness" performed by the Los Angeles Guitar Quartet.
