This week's sonic Moment of Calm was a rustic wander in which Three to Seven host Bryan Crump takes you along a gravel road to a one-lane bridge in the Tararua District early on a summer's day.

As you hear a babbling brook beneath the bridge, the sound melds with the music of German composer Nils Frahm, and his piece "Ambre" played by violinist Daniel Hope and a small ensemble off his DG album For Seasons.

If you missed it live, we hope this gives you the opportunity to take this sonic medicine in your own time.

Three to Seven brings you a Moment of Calm every week day afternoon at 5.30, with Crump adding a field recording of something soothing on a Wednesday.
