    7:00 Frank J Oteri is an outspoken crusader for new music and the breaking down of barriers between genres. He's written for international publications including the Revised New Grove Dictionary of Music and Musicians. Frank's own music spans operas and chamber music, solo keyboard and original bluegrass for his band The String Messengers. In June Frank was in New Zealand, attending the annual IAMIC (International Association of Music Information Centres) conference. He made time to drop into the studio and talk about life in The Big Apple
