New research has explored how women in public relations are depicted in television. 

In an article for the Media Culture Journal, researchers from AUT argue television programmes depict women in Public Relations (or 'PR') as "monsters".

We thought this was really interesting and have invited Deborah Pead, who's worked in the industry for more than 40 years, to get her thoughts on this.
