CRITTER T-SHIRTS ARE BACK

To celebrate all things Aotearoa native fauna and flora we have a new Critter of the Week t-shirt back for 2023.

The super talented Giselle Clarkson has designed a new image for the shirts and tote bags.

There is a cut off date for pre-orders so they arrive in time for Christmas deliveries to friends and loved ones.

Follow this link and place your order. Five dollars for each t-shirt and tote bag sold goes back to environmental volunteer groups around Aotearoa which are working hard to keep our unique critters safe from extinction.

Order your COTW 2023 t-shirts and or totes by clicking here.

But all that was put on hold when tests revealed his heart had swelled and he would need a heart transplant.

Two years on, and Jack is about to put his new heart to the test when he competes in the Invictus Games in Germany.

He'll run for the New Zealand team in the 100 metre and 200 metre sprint races, but before that he's found some time to tell us about his journey.

3:10 Actor Ben McKenzie on why crypto currency is a con!

While Matt Damon, Larry David and Kim Kardashian were touting Crypto currency in TV commercials and on social media, former teen idol Ben McKenzie from the TV Show The O.C. started running in the opposite direction. Before he started his acting career,  McKenzie got a degree in economics at university.  When a friend suggested he invest too, he took a good look at the financial data and gave it a pass. The idea that so many people were putting their money into digital assets deeply bothered him and he decided to do something about it. Ben McKenzie spent two years investigating the industry with Journalist Jacob Silverman. Their new book is called "Easy Money: Cryptocurrency, Casino Capitalism, and the Golden Age of Fraud".
