1:15 Tributes flowing for Welsh rugby great Barry John
Today we are paying tribute to one of the greatest Rugby Union players of all time Barry John.
In sporting circles he was simply known as 'The King'.
The Welsh fly-half died peacefully today aged 79.
Back in 1971 it was a golden age for the Welsh national team - winning the Five Nations Championship and winning the Lions tour here in Aotearoa.
The 1971 Lions tour was also when Keith Quinn MNZM, commentated his first game of rugby for radio. He reminisces with Mark about the impact Barry John had on the game.

Peter Hogg collects, repairs, and sells vintage sewing machines, and not just that, he also sells them for charity.
Peter worked at the Singer sewing machine shop on Timaru's Stafford St in the 1960s and has been tinkering with the machines for some time - he now repairs and sells them for the St John shop in Timaru.
We speak to Peter.
