1:15 Exercise during TV ad breaks can lead to a better night's sleep

If you're a TV watcher in the evenings, there's a good chance you'll get more sleep at night if you do some light exercise in the ad breaks.

That's according to a new Otago University study in which participants did three minute bursts of activity every half-hour throughout an evening.
