1:15 This man says he's found Auckland AFC's theme song

After a late goal in yesterday's match away to Western Sydney, Auckland FC are sitting atop the A-league table once more. But being a brand-new team, the club's culture is still developing.

And unlike more established teams say: - Liverpool and "You'll Never Walk Alone". Or...  Melbourne Victory & "Seven Nation Army": they don't have a song yet.

Chris Shulz - author of the Boiler Room substack thinks he's found the answer.

1.35 The secret(?) art of fermentation

Have you ever wondered how food was preserved before there were preservatives and other more modern methods?

One way is fermentation and it works on a lot more things that you might think.

Advocates of this ancient art say that it not only tastes good but it can also have significant health benefits.

2:20 Information Center Cold Call

Every week Jese's producer forces him to randomly call an information center somewhere in Aotearoa. They don't know Jesse is calling and Jesse doesn't know what he'll find on the other end of the line. It'll be a lovely chat or a unmitigated disaster.

2.30 Expert Feature: James Le Page on barbeques

It's a staple of any good Kiwi summer, but there's lots to talk about when it comes to BBQs.

Between the BBQ itself and all the accessories you need it can be an expensive hobby, plus there's lots to keep in mind with maintenance and safety.

Today Jesse will be talking to Consumer NZ's product test manager and BBQ expert James Le Page.

If you've got questions for James, feel free to text them in on 2101.

3:10 Feature interview - Cher

While on holiday in Northland, Jesse got called into action to interview the one and only Cher!

Her career spans 70 years with struggles and triumphs. In the first of a two-volume memoir, she turns back time and takes us through the first 34 years of her life beginning with a turbulent childhood and a rocky marriage to Sonny Bono.

But the interview started with Cher immediately singling out Jesse's un-ironed holiday T-Shirt. Can he recover from that?
