Ministry for Primary Industries has referred evidence of serious staff misconduct to the Serious Fraud Office. MPI a fortnight ago referred the evidence of serious staff misconduct to the State Services Commission, which is investigating the government's use of Thompson and Clark but refused to release the evidence.
