Lees-Galloway changes decision on Karel Sroubek’s residency

Immigration Minister Iain Lees-Galloway has ruled Czech drug smuggler Karel Sroubek will be booted from New Zealand after he's released from prison. It's a humiliating climbdown for the Minister who just months earlier decided Sroubek could remain in the country.
