Where is the missing Pike River evidence?

The lawyer who represented some of the Pike River families during the Royal Commission hearings is disturbed that evidence from the mine appears to have gone missing. Queen's Counsel Nigel Hampton says he has no recollection of a photograph or any reports about a switchboard cabinet door that was recovered after the explosion in 2010.
