Midwife ‘actively deceived’ woman in labour about pain relief

A midwife lied to a woman in labour when she gave her saline instead of pain relief against her wishes, Health and Disability Commissioner Anthony Hill says. So why is her identity been kept secret when she's still working with pregnant women?
