A man who murdered his ex-girlfriend and her young daughter and hid their bodies under a bridge in Auckland is appealing his prison sentence.
Kamal Reddy killed Pakeeza Yusuf in late 2006 by strangling her with an iron chord, and used a pillow to kill her daughter Jojo.
Reddy was sentenced to life in prison in 2016, but is challenging that in the Court of Appeal.
