Despite calls from the Law Society to defer property settlements, some sellers are still trying to force buyers to pay up, even though they can't move house for the next few weeks.
With almost 6,000 properties due to be settled during the lockdown period, the Law Society says parties need to re-negotiate terms, and not just for April settlements.
