Court hears different accounts of Taranaki police shooting

A police officer says he and his colleagues had to think on their feet before one of them fatally shot Steven Wallace in Taranaki 20 years ago.

Steven Wallace's family are taking a civil case against the Commissioner of Police and the Attorney-General, invoking the Bill of Rights, over the shooting.
