The first of the government's controversial military-style boot camps begins on Monday, with 10 young people aged 15 to 17 due to take part at the pilot programme. It will be less than a week after the Royal Commission of Inquiry into abuse in state and faith base care was released, which includes details of abuse in boot camps in the 1980s and 1990s.
