National declares system failure of school maths teaching

The Coalition is keeping education in the headlines, after National delared a total system failure in maths teaching at schools. Christopher Luxon used his party's AGM over the weekend to announce a new action, bringing forward a new structured maths curriculum and extra development for teachers.
