All Blacks captain Sam Cane gets game time for King Country

The King Country rugby team has received a shot in the arm Synonomous with the late Sir Colin Meads, the team will add another All Black captain to their honour roll when Sam Cane turns out for the Heartland Championship side against Whanganui in Taupo tomorrow. Returning from a six-month injury layoff, Cane is playing for King Country to get some game time as he prepares to rejoin the national side in the US next week. King Country Rugby general manager Kurt McQuilkin told Clay Wilson about how the team picked up the All Blacks captain.
