The death of another person after a change to their epilepsy medication has led to renewed calls for a ministerial inquiry into Pharmac's decision to make the switch. The death of an Auckland man just before Christmas is the fifth believed to be linked to a change in epilepsy drugs. Rachel Graham has more.
