It would be fair to call Pablo Rickard Raglan's original renaissance man, while others refer to him as the towns unofficial mayor.
But more often he is regarded as a Kaitiaki or guardian of the whenua, a role he take's care and pride in as Whāingaroa has grown and change dramatically since his return from Christchurch in the 1980s.
Pablo talks to Kara and Mark about growing up and living in Raglan and his efforts to help revitalize local business and the wider community.
