The Eastern Bay of Plenty iwi, Te Whānau a Apanui, says it's still yet to decide whether it will shut down its roadblocks when the country goes into level 2.
There are some iwi-led roadblocks still functioning around the country with support of the police under level 3.
The police commissioner, Andrew Coster, has said they don't want any roadblocks under level 2.
This morning representatives from Te Whanau a Apanui met with police to discuss the plan ahead.
