A legal challenge to Otago University's medical school admissions process - which prioritises Māori and other groups in order to create a more diverse health workforce - has now been dropped.
The applicant has name surpression, but in their affidavit said they were concerned at the legality of affirmative action by the Health Sciences Division of the University
