The lawyer for one of the men on trial over the Red Fox Tavern shooting and robbery more than 30 years ago - says it's almost certain someone else committed the crime. Publican Chris Bush was gunned down at the pub in Maramarua in October 1987 - and the offenders fled with tens of thousands of dollars in cash. Mark Hoggart and another person who can't be named - are currently on trial in the High Court in Auckland, charged with murder and aggravated robbery. Defence lawyers have been giving their closing addresses to the jury this morning. RNZ reporter Sarah Robson has been covering the case and speaks to Max Towle.
