Horticulture industry reacts to Labour's water royalty plan

The Labour Party will face stern questioning from the horticulture industry about its proposal to put a royalty charge on water. Other industries targeted by Labour's policy on water are also lining up to fire criticism, with many critics saying the party hasn't done it's homework.
