A New Zealander who faced deportation from Australia has had a rare win through an appeals tribunal, which heard he had never been in jail and threw out claims he had been in a violent gang. The man, who has lived in Australia since he was four, overturned the Government's attempt to cancel his visa. RNZ reporter Gill Bonnett explains the case.
