Republican House Speaker Paul Ryan has admitted US lawmakers "clearly" need to look into the tools that can turn guns into rapid-fire weapons. US correspondent Simon Marks tells us Mr Ryan joins a growing number of Republicans who are wanting to investigate the so-called 'bump-stock' accessories that were used by Stephen Paddock.
