Volunteers called to help navigate Work and Income site

The Citizens Advice Bureau in Whangarei is appealing for super-sleuths who can find their way around government websites. It says it urgently needs volunteers to help people who don't know what they're entitled to or how to find it online. And it's snowed under with advocacy work for beneficiaries, frustrated with Work and Income.
