The mother of a man killed when the tank he was welding exploded two years ago says the sentence given to his boss isn't enough. Salters Cartage company director Ron Salter was sentenced yesterday to four-and-a-half months' home detention and fined $400,000 over the death of 24-year-old Jamey Lee Bowring.
