NZ's quick action on gun laws limits gun lobby - Alpers

An Australian academic is pleased with the fast-tracking of changes to firearms laws, saying the haste gives the gun lobby little time to act. The Government expects the new laws to be in place less than one month after the Christchurch massacre of 50 people. The director of GunPolicy.org, Philip Alpers, tells Ben Strang the Government has followed Australia's playbook for how to change gun laws.
