Massey University law professor on letter writing restrictions

Massey University law professor Chris Gallavin on restrictions imposed on letters written by the man accused of the Christchurch mosque shootings.

Not only will the accused's letters now have to be scrutinised by intelligence experts and psychologists, but only the head of Corrections will be able to approve any being sent.
