Hundreds of Police staff have worked for months to ensure that justice would be served to the Christchurch terrorist.
Police Commissioner Andrew Coster has been on the ground in Christchurch supporting the operation, speaking with some of the Imams, victims and the staff involved.
He calls the sentencing a milestone, but says it should not overshadow the incredible stories of determination and survival of victims heard this week.
