All eyes on NZX after cyber attacks

All eyes will be on the NZX today, with expectations that strengthened systems and back-up measures will hold firm against any further cyber attacks.

The stock exchange suffered trading halts last week and disruption yesterday for a fifth day, after denial of service attacks took its website offline.

The Minister overseeing the country's spy agencies, Andrew Little, says the NZX was sent messages warning of the attacks.
