The Greyhound Industry has been told to make changes or face closure after a scathing review found it unnecessarily obfuscated information and failed to implement new policies.
The government report found the industry was unable to justify the euthanasia of hundreds of dogs over four years.
The industry says animal wefare is the top priority and denies a lack of transparency.
