A legal challenge against the mandatory vaccination order for border workers has been dismissed by the High Court.
The applicant, who has interim name suppression, lost her job as a customs worker after refusing to be vaccinated.
She mounted a legal challenge, saying the government's actions had gone beyond the bounds of the Covid-19 Public Health Response Act - and that the move was not given the required consideration before it was enacted.
Justice Churchman disagreed, and the judicial review has been rejected.
Employment advocate Ashleigh Fechney represented the former customs worker in court.
She spoke to Susie Ferguson.
